901 Fernie

A unique building that complements the scenic views of the Rocky Mountains, 901 Fernie is downtown Fernie’s preeminent residential address. For Fernie, this project represents $30 million of investment and a rehabilitation of the city’s downtown core. A historic redevelopment of a 1908-era schoolhouse, the 901 Fernie project introduced several unique construction concepts to Fernie and the East Kootenay region.

The acquisition and renovation involved a century-old hotel. Parastone refurbished the 18-room accommodation sectors, adding to the panoramic views in the pub section, exposing heritage brick and upgrading the mechanical and interiors systems through.
