The Parastone team commenced with a redevelopment of this 12-unit apartment complex. The results provided additional and much-needed rental units to the community with newly renovated apartments for existing tenants.
Veneto Place
Located in downtown Fernie, Veneto Place features 45 units in total. The project is 100% attainable housing and meets the criteria of the Affordable Home Ownership Program, in association with BC Housing. There are three buildings in total with 15 units over four levels in each building.
Vantage Point at Whiskey Jack
Parastone Developments constructed 20 homes at the Vantage Point Subdivision, which is located on the future Fred Couples-designed Golf Course at Whiskey Jack Resorts. There were five distinct house plans with an additional four variations of those plans, including walk-out features, basement areas and outdoor spaces.
Cherrywood
Located in the Sparwood Heights area of the District of Sparwood, Cherrywood is a community inspired by its relationship to the surrounding mountain landscape.
