- Tendering and construction of the addition of 10,000 sq.ft. of school space, including classrooms and library space
- Elkford Housing Society – Senior’s Housing Project
- Design approval, tendering and construction of 25-unit senior’s housing project.
Montane Fernie
- Service and Development of Phase 5B Estate Lots
- Design and construction of Montane Parkway (approx. 200 m)
- Trail Construction and Maintenance
- Greenspace development at community barn
- Coal Creek Channel Restoration – Protection of the Coal Creek Channel in the area that was washed out in the November 2021 flood
- Re-direction of the Brewery Creek Channel to the Brewery Creek Engineered Wetland area

- Expansion of the open patio
- Installation of electric vehicle charging stalls
