New Community Developments in the Elk Valley
Parastone has led several landmark developments in the City of Fernie, the District of Fernie and other East Kootenay communities. These have included residential, commercial and historical developments.

Vantage Point at Whiskey Jack
Parastone Developments constructed 20 homes at the Vantage Point Subdivision, which is located on the future Fred Couples-designed Golf Course at Whiskey Jack Resorts. There were five distinct house plans with an additional four variations of those plans, including walk-out features, basement areas and outdoor spaces.

Located in downtown Fernie, Veneto Place features 45 units in total. The project is 100% attainable housing and meets the criteria of the Affordable Home Ownership Program, in association with BC Housing. There are three buildings in total with 15 units over four levels in each building.
